4. Leaderboard & Player Tags

By participating in the global leaderboard, your chosen player tag and high scores will be visible to other players. If you do not wish to be visible on the leaderboard, you can opt-out via the in-game settings menu, which will hide your scores from public view while retaining your local progress.

5. Data Retention

We retain your game data and account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, or if an anonymous account remains inactive for an extended period, we adhere to a strict 30-day deletion policy. After 30 days, all associated personal data and game progress are permanently removed from our active databases.

6. Children's Privacy

CodeBreaker does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can manage your data directly through the in-game settings menu, including the option to permanently delete your account and all associated data. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.
